About the role
In the position as Loyalty Program Manager you are focusing on continuous improvement of the loyalty program and optimizing user journeys to increase member satisfaction and loyalty. Furthermore, you will drive and optimize our coupon program to members. The position requires cross-functional coordination with other commercial departments, such as marketing, brand & consumer care.
The location for this position is Gothenburg where you will report to the Loyalty Marketing Manager for Libero.
What you will do

You will initiate and implement personalized communication and marketing automations across all CRM touchpoints

Analyzing consumer data to identify trends and opportunities, optimize user journeys and generate reports for stakeholders

Data segmentation for marketing activities such as sampling, coupons and advertising

Drive, follow up and optimize our consumer coupon program

Work together with CRM vendor to improve tools, processes and functionality

Provide user training and support to team members using the CRM-system.

Ensuring consumer data is handled in compliance with regulations and company policies

Set clear KPIs and monitor effects of activities, follow-up, evaluate and take corrective actions if needed

Ensure close collaboration and communication with all stakeholders
Who you are

University Degree within Marketing, e-Commerce, Business Administration, or another equivalent degree

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand the digital landscape

Experience from digital marketing, marketing automations and loyalty platforms/CRM e.g.; Voyado or similar CRM software

Experience from customer service platforms and e-commerce is an advantage

Excellent fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
