What you’ll do:
You will part of the development process in the Lottery sides, Retail, with particular attention on the B2B and B2C needs, and Online with the objective to track the main touchpoints and simplify the conversion.

Monitor and evaluate product performance, generating detailed reports and presentations that serve as a foundation for strategic decision-making translating data findings into actionable recommendations;

Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and consumer needs to refine and optimize the product offerings (Retail and Online)

Drive ideation and execution of strategies for product evolution based on insightful data assessments;
-
Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, promoting the value of data in decision-making;
-
Support in coordinating other company functions (IT, Logistics, PR, Communication, Online, etc.) and external suppliers for the implementation of product initiatives.
What you’ll bring:

You have a degree in Management and/or Economics;

Demonstrate proficiency in Office tools, with a particular emphasis on advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point;

Outstanding analytical and planning skills;
-
Strong attitude for problem solving, innovative thinking and proficient project management skills.;

Basic knowledge of agile framework, how to write business requirement, customer journey.

Proactively engage with a curious, flexible, and determined mindset to achieve goals;
