Logistiek Medewerker (M/V/D)

Avantor is op zoek naar een Logistiek Medewerker om ons team in Nederland te vervoegen!

In deze positie ben je twee dagen verantwoordelijk van het voorraadbeheer, de stockage en de distrubutie van onderdelen. Vervolgens ben je drie (individuele) dagen als shuttle chauffeur onderweg naar de klant, uiteraard na een gedegen interne opleiding.

In deze rol, krijg je in eerste instantie een contract voor bepaalde tijd voor 12 maanden, met de mogelijkheid om een vaste aanstelling te krijgen.

Wat we zoeken

• Opleiding: MBO werk-en denkniveau. Een technische opleiding is essentieel.
• Ervaring: Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring in een technische rol.
• Vaardigheden:
• Eerste relevante ervaring in Logistiek, Supply Chain is ideaal
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend
• In het bezit van een rijbewijs B
• Een teamplayer, leergierig en representatief
• Groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
• Kritisch, analytisch en innovatief

Hoe u zal groeien en een impact zal hebben

• Ontwikkel een logistieke strategie om de verkoop en distributie te ondersteunen
• Beheer de vrachtstrategie: inclusief kostenanalyse, vrachtprijzen voor klanten en factureringsprocess
• Collaboreren met leveranciers (wereldwijd & lokaal) om prestaties van de volledige mondiale toeleveringsketen te verbeteren
• Beheer transportactiviteiten met betrekking tot logistieke vereisten voor import en export van goederen
• Onderzoek processen om kansen te identificeren voor het optimaliseren van de bestaande supply chain
• Magazijnwerkzaamheden uitvoeren
• Drie dagen/week als Shuttle chauffeur rijden om pakketten af te leveren & op te halen
