About the Position
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Support Manager to join our Benelux Logistics team. In this role, you'll support operations, including inventory management, logistics systems, and stakeholder collaboration. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence and optimizing the supply chain.
As Logistics Support Manager, you will drive forecasting, logistics planning, and performance metrics' monitoring to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement. You'll collaborate closely with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and internal stakeholders to resolve challenges and meet business goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our Benelux Logistics operations while developing your expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
In brief, you take ownership of:

  • Supporting the Logistics Manager in executing strategic plans and ensuring efficient daily operations.
  • Managing inventory levels, conducting audits, and developing strategies to reduce waste and improve storage efficiency.
  • Overseeing logistics systems, resolving issues, and driving process improvements.
  • Building strong relationships with 3PLs, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve challenges and maintain collaboration.
  • Tracking, analyzing, and reporting logistics performance indicators, including on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and inventory health, to ensure performance targets are met or exceeded.
  • Forecasting inventory and logistics needs while planning timely, cost-effective inbound logistics.


Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in logistics/manufacturing/planning
  • Strong proficiency in English is required; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with logistics systems such as SAP is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel is required and knowledge of Power BI is helpful.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
