Job Description

At Seven Senders, our team is revolutionizing the e-commerce logistics landscape with our state-of-the-art customs solution. Our mission? To provide e-commerce shops with the most seamless, cost-effective, and transparent customs processes imaginable. Our Customs Team is at the forefront of this mission, ensuring smooth outbound and return processes that eliminate delays, extra charges, and any inconvenience for our clients. The essence of your role 

  • Support in designing tailor-made solutions for key customers and independently design solutions for smaller accounts and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Promote our cutting-edge customs solution to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sales, key account management, and operations to continually develop and enhance our offerings.
  • Develop a deep understanding of market trends to help us maintain our competitive edge.
  • Your contributions will directly impact the e-commerce industry, making logistics smoother and more efficient for everyone involved.

Qualifications

This is what you need to succeed 

  • You have 1-2 years of experience in project management with a focus on business development activities
  • You think creatively and develop smart, effective solutions that set us apart.
  • You’re eager to learn and bring enthusiasm to every aspect of logistics processes.
  • Experience in logistics or a related field is a bonus.
  • You’re fluent in both English and German, with strong communication skills in both languages.
