Are you an energetic and enthusiastic professional looking to make a significant impact? KONE Kazakhstan is seeking a Logistics & Procurement Specialist to join our team in Astana or Almaty. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our operations, supporting the Unit Procurement and Logistics Managers and collaborating with various functions within the unit.

What you will do:

Logistics Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inbound deliveries from suppliers and factories to on-site locations in Kazakhstan.

• Oversee automated SAP processes and manual interfaces, taking corrective actions when necessary.

• Process delivery callout forms and take ownership of outbound deliveries to site.

• Follow customs procedures for clearing international shipments.

• Follow up on network milestones and coordinate with the Solution Engineering department for material dispatch.

• Collate information to support freight unit cost calculations.

Procurement Responsibilities:

• Manage short-term and tactical procurement processes in the Kazakhstan region.

• Determine the materials and services to be purchased, and in connection with the Central procurement team, negotiate contract terms with local suppliers.

• Respond to operational procurement requests quickly and efficiently.

• Monitor supplier performance and give feedback to the Central Procurement Team.

• Continuously monitor supply chain processes and support the Central Procurement team for obtaining the best prices and procurement conditions.

• Manage procurement processes in compliance with KONE Procurement Policy and legal regulations in Kazakhstan.

• Ensure procurement requests are fulfilled on time and within budget.

Are you the one?

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Procurement.

• At least 4-5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, and/or supply chain management.

• Strong ethical standards, compliance, and process adherence.

• Native proficiency in Russian and fluent in English. Knowledge of Turkish is an advantage.

• Proficient in SAP.

• Excellent negotiation skills.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

• Self-motivated with outstanding customer relationship skills.

• Residing in Astana or Almaty.
