PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES

Gerenciar o atendimento as solicitações dos clientes. Analisar o volume de pedidos dos clientes x a capacidade fabril. Aprovar os pedidos de compra e consumo de matérias primas. Gerenciar o MRP- Master Resource Plan
Aprovar os pedidos de compra e de embarque. Gerenciar o estoque obsoleto / parado a mais de 90 dias, a solução de pendencias de avaria ou missing com os fornecedores.
Definir e gerenciar as ações para resolver as divergências de estoque causadas pelos fornecedores. Acompanhar a análise de dados de atendimento (comparação de volumes semanal). Administrar o estoque físico, em transito e em pedido. Aprovar o plano de produção. Gerenciar as baixas de estoque (matéria prima, embalagem, tool crib)
Gerenciar o custo logístico. Liderar a reunião de itens críticos da planta, para informação do plano de produção, recebimento, armazenagem e expedição. Acompanhar inventário geral. Avaliar e gerenciar o 5S da área.
Gerenciar informações e documentos para auditorias alfandegárias. Prover relatórios gerenciais de resultados da área.
