Position Overview
Reporting directly to the COO, the Logistics Manager oversees and manages the daily execution of all sales and service orders, delivering on Jeisys’ customer promise by ensuring all customer-related inquiries and orders are completed in a timely manner. This role involves communicating and working closely with logistics partners, service, and sales teams to maximize efficiency in the sales and service order teams, deliver a seamless and top-class customer experience, and ensure accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping Management
- Monitor device shipments requiring field service engineer installation and make necessary delivery changes
- Organize and manage shipping documents needed for Device History Records (DHR)
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and consumers
- Ship logistics-related orders (devices, parts, consumables)
- Work with the Service Admin to coordinate shipping jobs for field service engineers
- Equipment Management
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to update and manage the demo equipment list
- Manage and respond to customer requests via phone/email for service, sales, and logistics, through excellent knowledge of Jeisys product portfolio
- Document Control
- Assist with Document Control Orders (DCO) and make necessary changes as they arise
- Collect, track, and log required installation forms from Sales Representatives on new devices sold
- Customer & Sales Support
- Assist field representatives with processing product quotations, proforma invoices, customer order fulfillment, and payments for all sales by the field sales team
- Assist logistics team with e-commerce, POs, sales orders, invoice uploads, DHRs, complaint handling forms, and consumable order fulfillment
- Answer and provide appropriate, friendly responses to all incoming phone calls/emails and refer calls to the appropriate Jeisys resource
Experience
- 3+ years managing logistics in the medical device or aesthetics industry
