Job Description:
Hydrafacial is looking for a Logistics Manager based in Rugby, UK to be in charge of the full range of warehouse and distribution activities involved with the delivering of products and equipment to aesthetic clinics and customers.
What you’ll do:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for all Logistics operation in Great Britain
- Successful manage warehouse operations
- Successful manage transportation providers
- Analyze daily order intake and priorities where necessary
- Daily in-house and 3PL operations performance review (orders status, open deliveries, delivery status, challenges, current day outlook, prioritization, etc.)
- Responsible for successful execution of warehousing and transportation orders
- Being responsible for On-Time-In-Full Deliveries
- Exception management (express orders, stock-outs, trade fairs)
- Escalation management
- Support international shipments to/from Great Britain
- Ensure inventory accuracy and being responsible for cycle count management
- Pro-active communication, ensuring the flow of information to relevant stakeholders
- Create and present performance reports
- Create and improve SOPs
- Support country management teams by improving order visibility
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in business administration and logistics or multi-year experience in logistics/warehousing management
- Experience in UK transportation management
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
- Experience working with ERP/WMS systems would be a benefit
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and present these to senior management
- Fluent in English ; other language a plus.
