Die Rolle:
Diese Position trägt die Hauptverantwortung für die gesamte Bandbreite an Lager- und Vertriebsaktivitäten, die die Lieferung von Produkten und Ausrüstung an ästhetische Kliniken und Kunden umfassen, die von einem Drittanbieter-Logistikdienstleister verwaltet werden.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erfolgreiche Steuerung des Drittanbieter-Logistikdienstleisters (3PL).
- Analyse des täglichen Auftragseingangs und Priorisierung bei Bedarf.
- Tägliche Leistungsüberprüfung der 3PL-Betriebe (Auftragsstatus, offene Lieferungen, Lieferstatus, Herausforderungen, Tagesausblick, Priorisierung usw.).
- Überwachung der termingerechten Auftragsbearbeitung.
- Bereitstellung von Priorisierungsrichtlinien für Aufträge an den 3PL.
- Schnittstelle zwischen dem HydraFacial-Team und dem 3PL.
- Überwachung von Berichten zu eingehenden Lieferungen.
- Beschleunigung von Verzögerungen bei eingehenden Lieferungen.
- Management von Ausnahmesituationen (Eilaufträge, Lieferengpässe, Messen).
- Verwaltung der Abläufe mit Transportunternehmen.
- Durchführung von wöchentlichen und monatlichen Geschäftsbesprechungen mit wichtigen Lieferanten.
- Unterstützung bei der Zollabfertigung.
- Sicherstellung der vorteilhaftesten Transportmethoden (Kosten vs. Service).
- Proaktive Kommunikation und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Informationsflusses an relevante Stakeholder.
- Eskalation von Herausforderungen und Risiken nach Bedarf.
- Extrahieren und Analysieren täglicher Leistungsberichte.
- Leitung von wöchentlichen/monatlichen Betriebsüberprüfungen mit dem 3PL.
- Erstellung und Optimierung von SOPs.
- Koordinierung von Qualitäts- und Reparaturservices mit dem 3PL.
- Unterstützung der Ländermanagement-Teams durch verbesserte Auftragsübersicht.
- Weitere Aufgaben nach Bedarf.
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:Erfahrung/Fähigkeiten/Ausbildung
Erforderlich:
- Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft und Logistik.
- Level 3 NVQ Management und/oder Certified Supply Chain Management – CSCM.
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Verwaltung einer ausgelagerten 3PL-Lageroperation in Europa oder Erfahrung in einer 3PL-Umgebung.
- Fähigkeit, unabhängig zu arbeiten und fundierte Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit dem ERP-System Oracle NetSuite.
- Gute Erfahrung im Transportmanagement in Deutschland und Europa.
- Fähigkeit, Leistungskennzahlen zu analysieren und diese der Geschäftsleitung zu präsentieren.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, effektiv zu kommunizieren.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
Wünschenswert:
- Erfahrung in der Beauty- oder Ästhetikbranche.
- Weitere Sprachkenntnisse.

The Role:
This position holds primary responsibility of the full range of warehouse and distribution activities involved with the delivering of products and equipment to aesthetic clinics and customers managed by a third party logistics provider.
What you’ll do:
Job Responsibilities
- Successful manage third party logistics provider.
- Analyze daily order intake and priorities where necessary.
- Daily 3PL operations performance review (orders status, open deliveries, delivery status, challenges, current day outlook, prioritization, etc.).
- Monitor the timely processing of orders.
- Provide order prioritization guidance to the 3PL.
- Interface between HydraFacial Team and 3PL.
- Monitor inbound shipments reports.
- Expedite any inbound shipments delays.
- Exception management (express orders, stock-outs, trade fairs).
- Manage operations with transportation providers
- Run Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews with key suppliers
- Support customs clearances
- Ensure the most favorable means of transport method (cost Vs service).
- Pro-active communication, ensuring the flow of information to relevant stakeholders.
- Escalate challenges and risks as appropriate.
- Extract and analyse daily performance reports.
- Lead weekly/monthly operations business review meetings with the 3PL.
- Create and improve SOPs.
- Coordinate quality and repair services with 3PL.
- Support country management teams by improving order visibility.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education
Required:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration and logistics
- Level 3 NVQ management and/or Certified Supply Chain Management – CSCM.
- Min 5 years of experience managing a 3PL outsourced DC operation in Europe or previous experience working for a 3PL in an outsourced environment.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
- Extensive experience working with Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- Good experience in German European transportation management.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and present these to senior management.
- Must have strong communication skills; able to communicate effectively.
- Fluency in German and English a must.
Desired:
- Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.
- Other language skills.
