Your role at Clorox:

In this role, you will:

Inbound Shipment to Korea (Clorox Korea DC)

• Follow up on inbound shipments from US, Europe and Asia to Korea.
• Prepare and provide import customs documents to the freight forwarder.
• Coordinate with the freight forwarder for customs clearance and transportation to the 3PL warehouse.
• Maintain the GIT report for inbound shipment tracking.
• Liaise with the 3PL warehouse on goods receipt.
• Arrange sample deliveries to the lab for testing purposes.

Outbound Shipment to Customers and Distributors

• Follow up customer order Liaise with distributors, retail customers, and the planning team to ensure full and accurate order fulfillment.
• Work closely with the 3PL warehouse on order packing and delivery to customers/distributors.
• Liaise with customers/distributors and the planning team to ensure full and accurate order fulfillment.
• Communicate with the co-packer on product co-packing and availability status.

Direct Shipment to Korea Distributors

• Handle and follow up on distributor/customer orders and coordinate with the US company, 3PL, FF and suppliers for shipments to Korea.
• Support supply confirmation and all related shipping documents for distributors/customers.
• Update and maintain the shipment tracker report regularly.
• Handle enquiries from distributors/customers.

Regulatory Admin (Quality Assurance)

• Maintain import regulatory (KPTA) records.
• Liaise with Korea regulatory consultant on product importation into Korea.
• Work with Korea lab agency to perform product testing.
• Record lab test results and respond to QA-related questions from the team.
• Host inspections at the Corporate Office.

Complaint Management (Quality Assurance)

• Follow up on complaints from distributors and ensure timely settlement.
• Manage complaints and claims with CIC (for complaints initiated by KDC and distributors).
• Report quality complaints in IMM.
• Check with the quality team for end consumer enquiries or complaints and provide feedback via distributors.

• Follow up on quality inspections in KDC and ensure timely reporting by the QA team.

NetSuite Administration Tasks

• Create Sales Order, transfer order, invoice and other transactions in NetSuite.
• Manage the stock transfer to various locations, i.e. copacker, lab agency, marketing agency, office, etc.
• Inventory adjustment in NS and report to Finance.
• Monitor the EDI transmission between NetSuite and 3PL WMS to ensure all data transferred correctly.
• Generate reports for KPI purpose.

3PL/transport Relationships

• Liaise with 3PL/ supplier for daily logistics and quality assurance operation.
• Reconcile billings from 3PL/ suppliers.

What we look for:

• Business degree or other relevant degree.
• 3 years plus in international shipment and logistics warehouse operations in Korea.
• Independent working style, self-starter and able to follow processes.
• Independent thinking and the ability to make business decisions that support the operation.
• Technical Skills: NetSuite or ability to learn / MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint / Report writing.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent written skills and clear spoken skills.
• Analytical skills for cost analysis, work flow analysis, and process improvement.
• Native Korean speaking and writing
• English, this is the main communication language used in the Burt's Bees business.
