Logistics Analyst

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Analyst for our plant in Allo, to support our regional logistics projects and programs, such as Supply Network Optimization and Warehouse Excellence. This role involves in-depth analysis and implementation of logistics activities across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Leadership: Serve as a role model in safety practices.

  • Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and process logistics data sets (volumes, costs, transactions, etc.) to support logistics projects.

  • Program Support: Ensure effective use of program processes and tools.

  • Team Collaboration: Strengthen cooperation with logistics team members, EBLs, RBLs, IDC Managers, and controlling.

  • Project Input: Execute relevant analyses using simulation tools to provide input for projects.

  • Communication Tools: Maintain and update communication tools (e.g., SharePoint) with reports and processes.

  • Operational Support: Assist in organizing daily warehouse tasks and resolving issues.

  • Tick Off Position: Cover the Tick Off position when needed and help organize related tasks.

  • Stock Control: Manage stock locations, necessities, and quality, resolving issues as needed.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar tasks.

  • Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP and other WMS systems.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work afternoons if required.

  • Industrial Experience: Previous experience in a similar industrial environment.

  • Proactivity: Ability to work proactively and as part of a team.

  • Stress Management: Capable of managing stressful situations.
