Objective:
Responsible for the management and maintenance of the Master Materials in SAP R3 and SAP APO, ensuring data integrity in MM, BOMs, Routings, and advanced planning.
What You Will Do
- Materials Management (MM - Material Master) Creation and maintenance of material master data: Transaction MM01/MM02/MM03 (Create, Modify, View Material).
- Management of relevant views: Purchasing, Planning, Accounting, Sales, Production, etc.
- Use of LSMW or MASS for bulk data uploads.
- Validation and cleansing of inconsistent data in SE16N, SQVI, and MARA/MARC/MARD/MATDOC tables.
- Creation, modification, and query of BOMs: CS01/CS02/CS03 (Create, Modify, View Bill of Materials).
- Creation and modification of production routes: CA01/CA02/CA03 (Create, Modify, View Routes).
- Definition of operations, labor times, and production stations.
- Validation of the impact of changes on production planning.
- Integration with Work Centers (CR01/CR02/CR03) and production orders. Monitoring and updating of stock and material movements (MB51, MMBE, MB1B).
- User support for error resolution and improvements in SAP processes. Knowledge of migrations and system improvements, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Master data analysis for process optimization.
- Report creation with SAP and analysis in Excel.
- Identification of errors in bills of materials and production routes.
- Support and training for users in the correct use of the master material in SAP. Effective communication with production, purchasing, logistics, and IT. Proactive in process improvement and data standardization in the system.
Who You Are
Education: Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Systems, Chemical, or similar), Bachelor's degree (Administration, International Business, or similar), and a degree.
Ability to schedule and travel abroad.
Language: Advanced English required (conversational; an interview will be conducted in English to assess proficiency).
Experience in Office, advanced Excel, SAP APO/R3, and MRP is required. Experience: More than 2 years in planning, SAP management, and data analysis.
