Logistics Administrator – Helsingborg (with weekly presence in Malmö)
Contract Role
Are you a hands-on logistics professional with a passion for optimizing processes and keeping operations running smoothly? We’re looking for a Logistics Administrator to join our growing team—someone who’s equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and diving into the details as they are analyzing logistics workflows and driving improvements.
This is a key operational role where you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain—managing 3PL and transport partners, coordinating stock and shipments, and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders. You’ll be based in Helsingborg, with one day per week onsite in Malmö alongside the wider logistics team.
What you’ll be doing:
Warehouse & 3PL Coordination
- Daily communication and coordination with 3PL partners (Bring, Alsetex)
- Oversee B2B, B2C, and DIY installation logistics
- Monitor warehouse orders and ensure timely reporting and resolution of discrepancies
- Maintain daily inventory accuracy and align with Oracle data
- Manage warehouse claims, stock adjustments, and perform regular cycle counts
- Contribute to continuous improvements in 3PL processes and documentation
Outbound Transport & Shipping
- Coordinate outbound transport from Bring and Alsetex
- Ensure shipments are delivered on time and escalate issues as needed
- Book and monitor transportation across the Nordics, including manual shipments and cost tracking
- Handle transport-related claims and improve communication with transporters
Stock Replenishment & Kit Coordination
- Monitor and replenish stock at Bring (Norway) and PostNord warehouses
- Oversee weekly kit production and coordinate BOM component availability
- Ensure timely reporting and action from 3PL partners on kit production
Purchasing & Packaging
- Create POs and monitor deliveries of packaging and specialty items
- Source new packaging and contribute to product-specific procurement
Returns, RMA, & Quality Control
- Register and track RMAs (e.g. with suppliers like ASSA)
- Support IQC (incoming quality control) and reverse logistics processes
- Handle scrap, repairs, and replenishment with internal coordination
Other Key Responsibilities
- Occasional manual transport bookings
- Pre-system installations and support for DIY processes
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) in cross-functional logistics matters
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to work
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with high motivation
- Confident working independently in a fast-paced, international environment
- A true team player with a humble and collaborative attitude
- Comfortable using systems like Oracle and MS Office; familiarity with MRP planning is a plus
- Fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) is required for this role
