Join our Global Operations and Planning team to ensure flawless delivery of LEGO Entertainment content to partners worldwide, while providing crucial administrative support during key production phases!
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and submit work orders for dubbing and subtitling to ensure timely and accurate localisation.
- Lead all aspects of the creation and management of localised metadata to enhance content accessibility.
- Keep dubbing and subtitling schedules up-to-date, aligning with timelines and technical requirements.
- Be the main contact for localisation needs, schedules, and updates with all customers.
- Address and resolve any issues related to content rejections efficiently.
- Maintain precise records of all localised content for easy reference and tracking.
- Facilitate global content distribution by working closely with LEGO’s Post-Production partners to ensure flawless delivery to broadcast platforms.
- Address requests from LEGO teams and collaborators, leading asset and delivery needs through the LEGO MAM system.
- Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving workflows and processes.
- Lead purchase orders for the EP&C Operations & Planning team to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Provide backup support as a Production Assistant for LEGO Masters or equivalent experience.
- Assist with meeting logistics and support in Billund.

The Localisation Coordinator will support the localisation and distribution workflows for the LEGO Group’s Entertainment, Content & Partners department. Working as part of the Global Operations and Planning team you will support the end-to-end delivery of long-form and short-form LEGO Entertainment content to internal and external partners. This position will also provide ad hoc administrative support to the Billund Based EPC team during key critical production deliverables. You’ll join a rapidly expanding division of the LEGO Group that is creating entertainment content beloved by audiences worldwide.
Do you have what it takes?
- Proven experience in content operations, with a focus on localisation and dubbing.
- Proficient in standard processes for production content localisation, mastering, and digital distribution.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate successfully.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Capable of working independently with minimal direction.
- Strong focus on detail and skilled at balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with animation production and post-production processes is a plus.
- Technical expertise in editing workflows, technology, and Media Asset Management systems is advantageous.
- Experience in the kids' entertainment industry is beneficial.
- Experience collaborating with or supervising third-party vendors is desirable.
