  • Own the creation, design, delivery, and continuous improvement of onboarding and training programs for new hires and new market rollouts
  • Facilitate recurring live training sessions and build scalable, self-serve training resources
  • Partner with sales leaders and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with real-world needs and business priorities
  • Research and analyze sales order trends, cancellations, and performance data to produce reports and insights for leadership
  • Create clear, actionable presentations and dashboards that support decision-making and drive accountability
  • Help resolve field issues and streamline internal processes to keep the D2D team focused and effective

  • Background in D2D sales will equip you to jump in with momentum and deliver immediate impact
  • Energized by building from the ground up- whether it’s designing an impactful training program, crafting engaging onboarding experiences for new hires, or streamlining project workflows to maximize efficiency
  • Strong communicator and facilitator who can lead sessions, engage learners, and drive clarity across a variety of stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills and can manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities without missing a beat
  • Know how to connect operational details to the bigger picture, and you keep leadership looped in on what matters
  • Wiz at Microsoft programs like Power Point and Excel
  • Fluent in data and comfortable pulling reports, identifying trends, and turning insights into action
  • Love being in the trenches with the sales team--solving problems, removing roadblocks, and making things work better every day
