Bupa Place, Salford Quays

Hybrid – Up to 3 Days WFH

Permanent Salary range:

Up to £28,000 Depending on Experience + Fantastic Benefits  

Full time (37.5 Hours)

The role

With an ever-growing network of health centres, targeted marketing support has never been more important. This area of marketing focuses on drilling down into the localisms and utilising on the ground knowledge to support in providing localised and geo-targeted campaigns to drive centre and product awareness. Working in synergy with the national team to positively impact centre booking performance.

You’ll help us make health happen by

  • Support the Retail Marketing Manager and Senior executive to ensure all Clinics reach their full potential, fully understand ROI of campaigns, commercial performance of the business and how our activity contributes to AOP targets.
  • Deliver and support the design of local marketing activity to maximise revenue and customer profitability through existing and new Bupa Clinics.
  • Looking into ways in which to maximise the customer experience both inside the health centre and at all customer touchpoints.
  • Support the local marketing team to develop a marketing strategy to increase footfall into clinics, working with media and creative agencies.
  • Support and lead on the launch and branding of new and existing clinic sites,
    including Bupa owned and partnership sites. 
  • Plan initiatives for Bupa Health Centres and the product portfolio and establish effective working relationships with centre managers, the operations teams, bookings team, Insight, Data, PR, Digital, Brand and the other members of the Marketing Department to share knowledge and plan holistic campaigns.
  • Optimize locally driven centre channels and platforms to enhance the customer experience and drive cross sell opportunities

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role

  • Consumer-focused, marketing experience with evidence of delivering results through direct response and awareness campaigns, particularly on a local or geo-targeted level.
  • An understanding of customer touch points across the whole marketing mix including knowledge of POS channels.
  • Strong Ability to work with relevant analytics and demonstrable experience in the use of measurement and tracking tools within all marketing communications channels and incorporating results of these tools into marketing campaigns.
  • Budget knowledge as well as good analytical and numerical skills required to be able to make commercial decisions to positively impact the bottom line.
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a positive persuasive manner, capable of influencing others.
  • An understanding of target audiences and how to interpret this into how they perceive Bupa, its competitors etc.
  • Some experience in design packages such as In-Design. To have the customer at the heart of everything we do and to be acutely aware of the customer journey and what we can do to enhance the journey.
  • An ability to build and manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Implementation experience in the latest tools, methods and approaches that are driving cross-channel acquisition and retention, ideally at local or regional level.
  • Some knowledge of social channels and campaigns and ideas around improving engagement.
