Key responsibilities:  

  • Know well your client’s supply chain strategy and needs so you can provide the best solutions
  • Research and understand the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers
  • Identify and qualify growth opportunities in your region
  • Analyse competitive and industry trends and shape your actions accordingly
  • Ensure that Value Propositions are tailored to customer’s needs
  • Lead the respective part of the Operational model and drive sales as per defined sales processes
  • Ensure customer relationship management tools are updated timely and are of excellent quality
  • Monitor and support contract compliance and commitment

 

We are looking for:

  • A dynamic Sales professional with international experience and good understanding of Supply Chain
  • Strategic thinker able to focus on the big picture and adapt it to the regional scope
  • Strong composure – you are confident in building relationships with diverse stakeholders, able to prioritise work and manage pressure
  • Customer-centricity – customer’s needs are at the heart of your work
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel – up to 20% abroad
  • A confident MS Office user, curious to learn new technologies and tools
  • Fluency in English (Italian is a requirement as well)
  • University degree (Economics, Logistics or related)
