Responsibility:
 

1. Collaborate with top influencers to develop and implement live streaming operational strategies, enhancing live broadcast effectiveness and sales performance.
2. Analyze market trends and user behavior to provide influencers with suggestions on live streaming content and style.
3. Monitor live stream traffic and user engagement, using data analysis tools to optimize live broadcast effectiveness.
4. Manage inventory to ensure product diversity and sufficient stock, closely cooperating with the supply chain team.
5. Coordinate the live streaming team, including but not limited to hosts, content creators, and technical support, to ensure a smooth broadcasting process.
6. Work with the marketing department to develop and implement promotional plans, expanding the influence of live streams.
7. Address potential challenges during live broadcasts, adjusting strategies in response to market changes promptly.
8. Track advancements in live streaming technology and continuously innovate live broadcast formats to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

1. Educational Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, media, e-commerce, or related fields.
2. Experience Requirements: At least 5 years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record of building and operating successful top influencer live streaming rooms.
3. Skills Requirements: Proficient in data analysis and market trend research, with strong project management and team leadership abilities.
4. Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and coordination skills, innovative thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
5. Other: Familiarity with live streaming industry laws and regulations, and a deep understanding of e-commerce live streaming.
6. Language: professional proficiency in English and Chinese. ( business need )
