Join the Tyson Foods Team as a Live Operations Associate (Trainee)! This exciting entry-level position is perfect if you are eager to dive into the world of food production and operations. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced Team Members and growers, gaining hands-on experience in promoting a safe working environment and ensuring the production of high-quality products. This role is designed to prepare you for future leadership positions within the company.
Responsibilities
- Safety Promotion: Learn how to create and maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Assurance: Understand the processes to produce high-quality products efficiently.
- Capacity Management: Observe and learn how to maximize production capacity while maintaining quality standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate with Maintenance and other resources to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and meets government regulations.
- First Aid Training: Gain knowledge in performing first aid when the nurse is unavailable.
- Support Team Members: Assist supervisors, technicians, and managers as needed.
- Comprehensive Training: Prepare for future roles as a supervisor or service technician by understanding the interactions between Accounting, Human Resources, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, and Production.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent is preferred. Valid Driver's License. Pass Animal Welfare Requirements.
- Experience: Experience is not required.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Travel: Travel is not required.
