Job Description
Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for Contract and Project order booking in IFS and SAP system.
- Help Project Manager and Team Lead to track the hardware delivery status.
- Arrange shipment to the site for projectProject
- Closure in IFSDeal with Project Manager/Bank/Credit Control/Finance for order require Bank Guarantee (BG).
- Deal with Project Manager/Bank/Credit Control/Finance for order require Letter Of Credit (L/C).
- Liaise with Logistic Dept/Warehouse to arrange shipment to customer outside Singapore
Requirement:
- University education
- Proficiency in English language
- Experience in order processing, project administration or logistics.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience in reporting remotely.
- Experience in managing multiple countries will be an advantage.
