We are looking to add a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to join our marketing team and support the daily operations and long-term marketing strategy for Acuity Scheduling. Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company, allows users to schedule appointments online, taking away the administrative burden of their business and giving customers a seamless booking experience. 

Our flexible scheduling software supports businesses of all types and sizes, from solopreneurs to enterprises in beauty, fitness, wellness, business services, education, and more. As the Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you will lead the development of lifecycle marketing strategy for Acuity, using various channels to guide customers through every stage of their journey - from initial awareness to long-term retention. You will collaborate with the Acuity marketing team and key partners across CRM, product marketing, product, creative and analytics. This role is critical in helping set up Acuity customers for success. It’s also a net new role, so there is opportunity to come in and shape this function and build the program from the ground up. 

You will report to the Head of Marketing for Acuity and have the option of working remote (within the U.S.) or on-site (hybrid) at our NYC headquarters.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own lifecycle growth strategies and develop an engine for communications that engages and retains customers their journey
  • In collaboration with the CRM team, create, test, and maintain high quality email campaigns 
  • Become an expert on our customers through user research and product analytics insights
  • Analyze customer data to create targeted segments, ensuring personalized and relevant messaging
  • Collaborate on the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, in-app notifications, social media and partner channels to enhance customer engagement
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing leads to define, manage and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies for new and existing product initiatives and features. 
  • Collaborate with cross-sell team to identify opportunities for Acuity acquisition and upsell 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, growth, CRM, content and marketing. 
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing initiatives, utilizing metrics to inform strategy adjustments and optimize results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years in lifecycle marketing or CRM in a data-driven setting, specifically focused on reaching a B2B audience. 
  • Experience enhancing customer engagement, conversion and retention through lifecycle marketing tactics. 
  • The ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-informed decisions
  • Strong writing and visual design skills to create compelling content that conveys Acuity’s brand voice.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Sendgrid or Iterable. 
  • Experience partnering with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience communicating and influencing across an organization 
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Collaborative and receptive to feedback, bringing a positive energy to the team

Cash Compensation Range: $105,500 - $170,200 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to receive an incentive award as part of their total compensation.
