You'll be a key contributor to shaping our customer journey. As a Lifecycle Marketing Designer, you'll own the visual design of our newsletter program - creating designs that amplify our emotional message while maintaining brand consistency. Success means crafting beautiful, conversion-driving designs that engage millions of customers and reflect an understanding of what motivates them.

In this role you'll:
- Create thoughtful, customer-focused designs that bring our personal message to life in every email
- Design messaging about our entire product line (photo tiles, photo books, art)
- Build compelling visual series—such as customer galleries and room inspiration—that align with our brand and resonate deeply with our audience
- Track the performance of your designs, using data-driven insights to optimize engagement and improve overall campaign success
