Opportunity: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with previous expert networking experience or a similar role supporting the life sciences sector to join our dynamic Life Sciences Team as a Senior Associate. In this role, you will manage the full life cycle of client projects, leveraging your expertise to drive success through strategic client engagement and industry insights. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Project Management: Own the full client project lifecycle, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and meet client expectations.
  • Expert Recruitment and Vetting: Identify, recruit, vet, and present industry experts to match the specific needs of client requests, utilizing your research abilities and advanced understanding of industry trends and client strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and own strong relationships with clients by providing proactive insights and regular updates to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Take ownership of client communications with urgency to foster transparency and address concerns effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of expert matches for client requests, applying best practices and analytical methods to assess compatibility and relevance.
  • Compliance and Integrity: Uphold and advocate for compliance standards across various industry sectors to maintain the integrity of all client engagements.
  • Continuous Learning and Growth: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, contributing to your own growth and that of your team members. 

As a Senior Associate, You Will:  

  • Use your networking and communication skills, effectively engaging with top professionals across diverse industries.
  • Apply advanced research techniques to support informed decision-making, identify potential project angles, and present suitable experts to clients for a range of projects.
  • Demonstrate project coordination excellence, managing timelines, deliverables, and client expectations across multiple initiatives.
  • Utilize negotiation skills and advocate for optimal outcomes in expert engagements.
  • Promote collaboration within the organization, mentoring junior associates and sharing industry knowledge to enrich team capabilities. 

Ideal Candidates Will Have: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree  
  • Previous expert networking or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Foreign language skills are a plus but not required.
  • Prior sales, recruiting, or management experience is welcomed.

A Client Management Life Sciences Senior Associate’s salary compensates them for all hours worked, which may vary from week to week. Client Management Life Sciences Senior Associates carry an FLSA-exempt status and are not eligible for overtime pay.
