Our sales team is seeking a Life Science Account Manager with a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Spanish market dynamics, specifically within the life sciences sector.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Andalucía region, with a primary focus on Healthcare Customers. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and play a key role in building sustainable, profitable relationships by helping customers succeed. This position covers the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, leveraging a formal selling approach.

What we are looking for

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Biotechnology, Biology, or a related Life Science field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a complex sales environment, with a focus on life sciences or healthcare.
  • Skills:
    • IT proficiency, particularly in CRM and sales tools.
    • Fluency in both Spanish and English (oral and written).
    • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage large accounts
  • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently within the Andalucía region.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to engage in strategic conversations with customers and offer solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Location: Granada, Spain
