We're growing! We have an amazing opportunity for a Level III Financial Analyst - Department of the Navy (DoN) role!

As a Level III Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for independently applying advanced technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions related to audit response, audit remediation, internal controls, financial processes, and accounting. You will work closely with FM&C and Government clients at the Branch and Division Head Level to provide direction to project teams and ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Statements of Federal Financial Accounting Standards (SFFAS), and relevant OMB policies. This position requires an Active DoD Secret or higher clearance.

Responsibilities and Duties:

You will play a critical role in advancing Navaide’s mission of driving transformational change for our clients. Your work will directly contribute to improving the efficiency, security, and innovation of systems that matter most to our nation. This role requires proactive problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to delivering excellence in high-stakes environments. Navaide is currently seeking candidates at all levels in support of projects for DOD clients.

Relevant Skills and Experience:

Minimum of six (6) years of progressive, relevant experience supporting audit response, audit remediation, internal controls, financial processes, and/or accounting in accordance with GAAP, SFFAS, and OMB policies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently and provide direction to project teams. Strong communication and presentation skills. Proficient in financial analysis tools, software, and systems. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to be part of a high-performing team that is driving the successful implementation of business solutions for the Department of the Navy. Security Clearance: Candidates must possess, or be eligible to receive, US DoD Secret-level Security Clearance Travel: Candidates must be willing to travel approx. 25% within the continental United States of America. Duties & Responsibilities: 

Provide financial analysis, expertise, and support to audit response and remediation efforts in accordance with GAAP, SFFAS, and OMB policies. Independently review and analyze financial processes, internal controls, and accounting practices to identify areas for improvement and implement business solutions. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures. Prepare financial reports, presentations, and documentation for FM&C and Government clients at the Branch and Division Head Level. Provide financial guidance and recommendations to management on financial matters, risks, and opportunities. Conduct research and analysis of financial data to support decision-making processes. Stay updated with changes in financial regulations, GAAP, SFFAS, and OMB policies, and provide guidance on their impact on business operations. 

Education:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business management related field from an accredited institution. Active DoD Secret or higher clearance. One of the following professional certifications: CPA, CISA, CIA, CGFM or CDFM.
