Responsibilities:
-
Conduct and complete lending assessments and testing to monitor and enhance lending departments compliance with laws, regulations, and acceptable ethical behavior.

Maintain amicable independence and objectivity.
-
Draft summary reports of lending assessments.
-
Responsible for communicating results of assessments, conclusions, and recommendations to lending leaders or stakeholders.

Collaborate with lending departments to develop actionable recommendations to address gaps in lending processes and procedures.

Perform follow up with lending departments on committed activities and timelines.

Adhere to assessment schedule and ensure completion for in a timeframe and hours allowed.

Uphold cross lending department synergies while exercising professional skepticism.

Conduct special projects or reviews at the request of management.
Position Requirements:
-
This position is Remote.

Associate’s degree, or commensurate experience is Required.
-
3+ years lending experience is Required.
-
Knowledge of Consumer, Home Equity, Real Estate, Indirect, and Operations processes is preferred.

Experience performing quality assurance reviews and delivering results to stakeholders is preferred.

Working knowledge or ability and desire to learn state and federal lending regulations, including but not limited to, Reg B, C, X, V, Z, Wisconsin Consumer Act, FCRA, and Military Lending Act.
