Job Description Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, flexible, and talented legal professional currently studying for a Legal Master’s degree to serve as a Legal Trainee supporting Coca-Cola Europe’s cutting-edge legal work.
This is a unique opportunity to gain experience working as an in-house lawyer for one of the world’s most recognized and beloved brands. If you are hardworking, curious, enterprising, and flexible, this role is for you. You’ll have an opportunity to work on various projects in marketing, corporate, competition, consumer protection, contract negotiation and management, employment, sustainability, privacy law and others. Supporting the work of Europe Legal Function, in particular:

Provide day-to-day legal support and assessment to the business for the marketing operations of several countries (Spain, Germany, Benelux, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway).

Monitor EU applicable regulation on Sustainability, Digital & Labor.

Legislation and case law research.

Support on Corporate matters and other legal administrative tasks.

Complete other legal tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in law and are actively pursuing a master’s degree in a law-related discipline.

A strong foundation in legal principles is required, with knowledge of local labor law considered an advantage.

Must be available to commit to the program for six months and is open to be extended for another six months.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, with fluency in both English and the local language.

A background in digital tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI are highly preferred.

Candidates should demonstrate agility, curiosity, energy, and a strong sense of initiative and work ethic.

The program is open to both local and international students, though preference will be given to those residing in the home location during the program.
