Job Description
- General administration tasks such as organizing meetings, business trips, appointments, and conference calls, opening, maintaining, and closing files, copying, deadline management, etc.
- Handling correspondence in German and English
- Case management on behalf of and in coordination with the assigned lawyers
- Contact person for tasks related to Liechtenstein funds and third-party funds in connection with distribution approvals as well as paying agent mandates
- Contact person for tax assistance procedures (preparing documents, independently preparing correspondence with authorities)
- Contact person for tasks related to asserting rights from depository assets of funds
- Creation of various manuals Maintenance of administrative tools (e.g., overviews and lists in Word and Excel)
Requirements
- Completion of commercial training or a vocational baccalaureate
- Several years of assistant experience, preferably in the legal field
- Professional handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient handling of various digital tools and platforms
- Fluent in German and very good knowledge of English in both spoken and written
- Independent and organized working style as well as resilience
