As a Legal Intern, a typical day for you will include:
- Review contracts, correspondence, requests for discovery, marketing materials etc. and draft responses
- Work with Contract Administration department to gain an understanding of drafting contracts
- Attend when needed, phases of the litigation proceedings: hearings, mediation, trial, etc.
- Attend when needed, all brand compliance meetings

(Required qualifications)
Skills:
- Self-motivated an able to work independently
- Excellent verbal, written (emphasis on mastery of drafting day-to-day business correspondence required), analytical, and organizational skills required.
- Excellent mastery of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook required, with working knowledge or desire to learn Power Point.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment under pressure while demonstrating the utmost professionalism and a strong customer-focused attitude.
Education: Actively pursuing a Juris Doctorate degree and currently enrolled in a college or university
Schedule / in-office requirements: This role will be onsite based out of our Waco, Texas headquarters
