As a Legal Counsel, you will support commercial, corporate, and employment-related legal matters, working closely with various business functions. You will be involved in drafting and negotiating contracts, managing employee stock options, implementing legal best practices, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate SaaS, technology, and commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnership agreements.
- Provide legal support to sales, procurement, finance, HR, and other business units.
- Advise on corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Handle employee stock options (ESOP) and related legal matters, including drafting plan documents and supporting employee inquiries.
- Advise on labor and employment law issues, including employee agreements, benefits, and compliance matters.
- Collaborate with management on legal strategies and business solutions.
- Develop and scale legal processes to support Coralogix’s global expansion.
- Implement legal tech tools to improve efficiency and contract management.
- Manage cross-functional projects and liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, data protection, and security regulations.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience from top-tier law firms as a commercial lawyer in a high-tech practice (in-house experience is a plus).
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills, particularly in SaaS/technology transactions.
- Experience in labor law and employee stock options (ESOP) – advantage.
- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to provide practical, risk-based legal advice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must.
