Job Title

Legal Counsel

For our Legal team, we are seeking a Legal Counsel who will be responsible for providing legal counsel to company management and other clients.

This position will be responsible for supporting ongoing contractual and regulatory issues demands from the business unit. It also requires identifying and resolving legal issues, and implementing solutions after conducting research and analysis, consistent with corporate policies and best practices.

1) Educational background.

• Bachelor's degree in law

2) Requirements.

• Six to ten years of relevant experience for the role . Experience at a corporation is preferred.

• Knowledge of: Contracts, comercial law, taxes.

• Excellent end-to-end generalist problem solving skills

• Ability to prioritize issues and analysis

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

• Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple teams.

• Ability to work independently with little supervision to bring projects in on time

• Proven high-level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to provide analytical and consultative direction.

• Languages: Spanish and English (intermediate)
