Our business unit Legal Software is serving legal professionals in law firms, general counsel offices and corporate legal departments with data-driven decision-making tools. We streamline legal and regulatory research, analysis, and workflows to drive value to organizations, ensuring more transparent, just and safe societies.
Key responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various types of IT contracts with customers, vendors and partners : confidentiality agreements, software license and maintenance agreements, SaaS/cloud contracts, service agreements, partnerships, etc.

Assist commercial teams with RFPs and responses to public and private tenders.

Monitor the execution of ongoing contracts (amendments, pre-litigation management)

Maintain and improve standard form of agreements and playbooks

Act as the point of contact for personal data protection: coordinate compliance and remediation actions with the organization’s Privacy correspondents, conduct awareness-raising activities within the BU for sales, marketing, and product compliance teams.

Participate in updating documentation related to personal data protection: internal policies and procedures, information notices, websites, registries.

Draft and negotiate Data Processing Agreements with subprocessors and clients.

Collaborate with internal teams, including group lawyers, to provide advice on all general legal matters in daily activities related to personal data protection and IP asset management (trademarks, software).

Monitor relevant legislative and regulatory developments
Profile
-
Law degree (master of Law) : international contract, IT, data, privacy

You have a proven experience (4-7 years) in a B to B environment

You are familiar with software and technology products and industries, including SaaS and on-premise offerings

You have experience of advising on data protection issues

You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in French with a very good level in English (verbal and written skills)

You are able to communicate effectively across business units and build strong relationships across countries with your stakeholders

You have a pragmatic approach and act as a true business partner

You have ability to collaborate and work closely with other colleagues as part of a team locally and remotely and with stakeholders with diverse cultural backgrounds.
