About the team 👫 :
Our Legal team is the primary legal partner for Equativ's business leaders across the globe. Team members provide regulatory support and advices and grow in a fast-paced and complex environment.
This new position reports to the Global Head of Legal based in Paris.
What you'll do ✏️
- Corporate : You will assist with shares transfer, keeping corporate registers up to date, drafting POA, monitoring of companies’ mergers, subsidiaries’ implementation.
- Data Privacy: You will assist within internal registers update, reviewing data processing agreements, update and duplicate contract template and/or guidelines.
- Legal monitoring and research. You will be responsible to provide on regular basis legal updates and memo on new regulations, case law, contract, privacy and related laws.
- You will assist in the review and negotiation process of the contracts:
- NDAs.
- Commercial agreements: Adserving and RTB, addendum.
- Supplier Contracts.
- You will be involved in auditing signed contract to create a smart mapping of company contract base.

💪 About you
- Master’s degree in business law or digital law.
- Ability to deal with many projects simultaneously and build strong relationships with all business and departments.
- You've got strong analytical skills.
- You've got team spirit, will to help, proactivity and a sense of confidentiality respect.
- Fluency in both French & English (written & spoken) is a must.
Bonus skills
- Experience as a Legal Counsel intern in a digital environment.
- Comfortable with data privacy regulations and laws.
