Summary:
Your responsibilities as a Legal Content Rules Specialist with MyStacks, Inc. shall include, but are not limited to:
· Research/Administrative Support: assist other team members with legal research assignments for court building and new rule set quotes and contact courts to resolve conflicts regarding status of judges and rule amendments;
· Customer Support: assist users with general rules support concerning procedural questions and calculations of deadlines based upon applicable rules/statutes;
· Blog Maintenance: draft and organize update notes for Rules Team into consolidated monthly blog;
· Rule Set Monitoring: utilize outside software platforms to monitor websites for rules updates; train Rules Team regarding use of monitoring platforms, including making brief training videos, and act as liaison with outside vendors to address Rules Team issues.
· Rules Team Document Database: maintain and organize document database to ensure most current versions are accessible to Rules Team, add documents as warranted, and generally monitor to keep the database uncluttered and updated.
· Court Rules Cleanup: remove outdated rule sets from Rules database and perform accompanying administrative tasks.
· Rule Set Building: build basic rule sets by researching and analyzing applicable state, federal, and/or agency codes, rules, and standing orders and drafting clear and concise triggers and deadlines, while ensuring that applicable service, time computation, and holiday rules are taken into account and that deadlines are calculated correctly;
· Rules Updates: monitor and track websites for rule amendments and apply applicable updates to relevant rule sets;
· Provide assistance to client services team on an occasional basis, primarily for vacation coverage, but also when needed to assist with new rule set quotes as they relate to content of a requested rule set.

The full salary range* for this role is $78,600 to $92,500 to $106,400 USD..
*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
