The Impact:
Accuris is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team. This role will be instrumental in the administration and day-to-day management of Accuris' regulatory compliance programs, which include privacy, security, sanctions, export control, anti-bribery, ethics, conflicts of interest, and the code of conduct. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of compliance principles, international experience, and the ability to support various compliance and legal initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration and day-to-day management of various compliance programs, including but not limited to privacy, security, sanctions, export control, anti-bribery, ethics, and conflicts of interest.
  • Coordinate and assist with the development, delivery, and tracking of compliance and corporate training programs, ensuring employees are informed and educated on key compliance matters.
  • Assist with the implementation of corporate compliance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support for legal and compliance software programs/systems, ensuring smooth operation and effective use across departments.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to the compliance and legal functions, including maintaining corporate records, assisting with document filing, and preparing reports as needed.
  • Manage DocuSign processes for applicable agreements and documents.
  • Serve as a licensed notary public in Colorado, providing notary services for the company as needed (or eligible to become one).
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills when interacting with various teams and stakeholders, providing support and guidance on compliance-related matters.


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Compliance, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in a compliance-related role at a corporation, preferably with exposure to international compliance issues.
  • Experience with legal and compliance software systems (e.g., GRC platforms, policy management tools).
  • Prior exposure to compliance areas such as privacy, export control, anti-bribery, ethics, and conflicts of interest is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of corporate compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and DocuSign.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • International experience in compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Previous experience supporting or administering corporate training programs.
  • Familiarity with compliance reporting and auditing processes.
  • A licensed notary in Colorado or eligibility to become one.
  • Compliance-related certifications (e.g., CCEP, CISA) are a plus but not required.

Compensation/Benefits Information (This section is only applicable to US candidates):
Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual bonus plan as well as comprehensive benefits and additional compensation.
