Legal Assistant Intern

Join our dynamic Legal team and gain hands-on experience in the world of commercial agreements, business development, and bio-pharma opportunities. 

Your mission: 

As a Legal Assistant Intern, you will help with the daily review of agreements, including but not limited to NDAs and MTAs and will assist the Legal team with the review of other commercial agreements, and agreements related to Business Development and BioPharma opportunities. 

You will be involved in: 

• Reviewing of agreements, such as CDA and MTAs 

• Administrative updating of expiration dates of our contracts saved in LawVu 

•  Assisting with organization of legal repository 

The experience you bring: 

• A JD candidate (currently enrolled in law school) 

• Good knowledge of commercial law 

• Strong project management and organizational skills 

• Pragmatic individual  

• Dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented personality with a natural curiosity for learning 

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to a dynamic, evolving environment

• Fluency in English

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a groupwide initiative, across teams and geographies and acquire project management skills, which is very rare in the legal space. This is also an opportunity to learn more about the key issues in a fast-paced software business in the healthcare industry, in a truly international environment.

Start: June 2025 

Contract type: 6-month internship
