Position Overview
We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our team and support our legal operations on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a legal related position and is looking to gain experience in-house within a fast-paced tech environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to our General Counsel and legal team.
- Help maintain and organise legal records, documentation, and contract management systems.
- Conduct legal research on relevant regulations and policies.
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Finance, HR) on legal matters.
- Offer clear explanations of legal terms and specifications to all departments.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and responsibility in all legal matters.
- Stay abreast of legislative changes and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a tech or SaaS company.
- Bachelor's degree in Law/Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and data protection regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1/C2).
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
