Legal and Procurement Specialist

Currently, we are looking for a Legal and Procurement Specialist to join our highly motivated and inspired local team in Zentiva.

Legal and Procurement Specialists is responsible to handle administrative and legal duties for Zentiva Pharma Bulgaria, legal management; record management, as well as support in procurement process and contact with vendors.

What would be your main responsibilities:

  • Manages all aspects of legal activities in Zentiva Pharma Bulgaria. Develops and administers the internal legal registеrs and the contract database. Manages all contracts / uploading in system, archiving, revises and etc./
  • Drafts and revises legal documents, declarations, powers of attorney, business agreements and amendments to them as necessary to the business and other legal documents to meet approved/agreed commercial terms and other business decisions
  • Responsible for the overall GDPR process in local Zentiva affiliates, participates in Regular GDPR calls. keeps in touch with DPO. adapts global processes and procedures to local ones, implements new procedures, forms, etc.
  • Responsible for contacts with vendors and ensuring the best price for the service / goods provided; 
  • Creates purchase requisitions in the corporate procurement system.- SAP. Assists other departments with creating orders in the system and approving them.
  • Creating Vendors in SAP, maintain data base of vendors in SAP /monitors and updates supplier data changes in the database/
  • Manages DD database, maintains database, helps prepare DD of various suppliers, reviews already expired and renews processes
  • Participates in the processes of preparation for monitoring and auditing of the activities in the department.
  • Adheres to the principles of GMP in the extent related to the performed activity. Is obliged to regularly train in this policy.
  • Responsible for receiving, registering, and conducting investigation under the Act on the Protection of Persons Reporting Information or Publicly Disclosing Information on Breaches (“Whistleblowers Protection Act”) in accordance with Art. 16 of the Whistleblowers Protection Act.

We need you to have:

  • Master's degree in Law. Successfully completed mandatory legal internship. Previous legal experience in an international company.
  • 2 years legal experience in an international company, experience in the pharmaceutical industry is in an advantage
  • Strong task management skills with the ability to prioritize, schedule, and control multiple projects and resources simultaneously under tight deadlines;
  • Excellent communication skills, including excellent written, interpersonal, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with a team-oriented approach.
  • independent, proactive, and precise in the performance of assigned tasks.
  • Fluent in English - writing and speaking;
  • Good MS Office skills – Excel, Word, Outlook
