The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement sourcing activities to support the Israeli market.
  • Utilize procurement experience to manage and execute sourcing tasks independently.
  • Demonstrate strong soft skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Assertively manage relationships and ensure that others respect your role and decisions.
  • Exhibit a business-oriented mindset and drive negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Maintain a high level of self-awareness and confidence in interactions with stakeholders.


Who You Are

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Hebrew language.
  • Proven experience in procurement and sourcing.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting the Israeli market.
  • Ability to say no when necessary and uphold the value of your role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
