The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement sourcing activities to support the Israeli market.
- Utilize procurement experience to manage and execute sourcing tasks independently.
- Demonstrate strong soft skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Assertively manage relationships and ensure that others respect your role and decisions.
- Exhibit a business-oriented mindset and drive negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain a high level of self-awareness and confidence in interactions with stakeholders.
Who You Are
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Hebrew language.
- Proven experience in procurement and sourcing.
- Strong negotiation skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting the Israeli market.
- Ability to say no when necessary and uphold the value of your role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
