Job Summary:
The Legal Analyst - Corporate will support the Legal team by managing legal documents, conducting research, preparing reports, and performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Input, organize, and manage relevant contract documents, emails, and supporting documents in the Company’s matter management system.

Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to ongoing transactions and matters, and coordinate execution/signature process.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date contract records and assist in tracking contract status.

Prepare routine and ad hoc reports and materials for review.

Draft, format, and proofread documents to ensure compliance with company standards.

Organize data while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Leverage software tools to streamline workflows.
-
Review and approve law firm invoices for payment.

Coordinate the preparation of outgoing mail shipments for time-sensitive documents, ensuring accurate labeling, packaging and timely delivery.

Assist with monitoring the Legal department’s email inboxes and coordinate with the appropriate individuals to ensure a timely response.

Schedule meetings and manage calendars, as needed.

Provide other ad hoc assistance to the team’s attorneys and paralegals, as needed.
Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.

Collaborative team player with the ability to exercise independent thinking and sound judgment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Education/Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree preferred, any field of study.
-
Prior experience as a legal assistant, legal analyst or similar role is preferred. However, the Company is open to considering exceptional candidates who demonstrate the skills, attitude, and potential to excel in this role, regardless of prior experience.
