Summary
As a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator for the Enablement & Engagement team, you will be responsible for the configuration, upkeep, and reliable operation of the client-facing aspects of IDeaS Discover, our learning management platform. You will assist in the planning and execution of system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the LMS. You will respond and collaborate with team members to resolve problems within the scope of the workgroup.
Major Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning of configuration and modification of the LMS and integrated tools and utilities.
  • Perform daily system monitoring & operations, maintaining the integrity of the LMS and related processes.
  • Manage LMS user accounts, monitor and address anomalies, or revise by request.
  • Develop and maintain instructions and documentation.
  • Prepare and help conduct functionality tests of the application and integrated systems.
  • Troubleshoot performance problems of the LMS.
  • Serve as point of contact for user-reported problems.
  • Demonstrate basic functionality of the LMS to IDeaS team members where appropriate.
  • Assists with documentation projects and new feature evaluation as needed.


Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies, Education & Experience)

  • Strong background with Learning Management System administration, preferably in Docebo
  • Superior problem-solving skills with use of inductive and deductive reasoning
  • Good communication and technical writing skills
  • Strong systems-level thinking that accounts for upstream and downstream impacts
