Job Summary:
The Learning Experience Designer blends the tasks of designing, curating, and delivering training programs that align with Clearwater's objectives and best practices. They work closely with HR, leaders, and subject matter experts to address business challenges using innovative training strategies. With their proficiency in instructional design and commitment to continuous improvement, they guarantee that Clearwater team members receive dynamic and impactful learning experiences, employing a range of delivery methods to enhance learning outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, curates, and facilitates training programs that align with company goals and best practices.
- Collaborates with the HR team, leaders, and executives to address business challenges through training strategies.
- Innovates and updates training programs to drive continuous improvement.
- Analyzes and incorporates feedback into future training solutions.
- Partners with HR to develop technology training and programs.
- Designs and implements effective, scalable learning solutions, continuously assessing their impact.
- Manages projects for the Talent Enablement team as assigned.
- Maintains project timelines, coordinates efforts among project/program team members, and provides regular updates to key stakeholders.
- Develops creative and scalable learning solutions with speed and agility, proactively evaluating their impact and effectiveness.
- Applies effective readiness, deployment, assessment, and reinforcement strategies to the designed learning experiences.
- Builds consensus on learning design decisions with subject matter experts and team members.
- Facilitates and updates course development workflows, ensuring instructional integrity through quality assurance checks.
- Collaborates with the Talent Enablement team to ensure the proper execution and regional management of Employee Enablement programs.
- Provides mentorship and coaching to others in the Learning and Development team.
Required Skills:
- Excels as a subject matter expert in both learning experience design and training facilitation.
- Demonstrates strong skills in planning, organizing, and coordinating learning and development initiatives.
- Utilizes various e-learning tools and software to create and deliver training programs.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience as Learning & Development Trainer role.
