We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our Instructional Design and Knowledge Management team at MBPS. This role is pivotal in driving organizational growth through the development and implementation of innovative learning solutions. The successful candidate will partner with learning consultants and business units to identify their unique learning needs and develop learning materials that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development:

Create engaging learning experiences that meet business objectives. Develop effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids, using instructional design principles.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

Proven track record in designing and developing learning experiences. Strong consultative skills to connect with various business units. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems. Expertise in tools like Camtasia, Articulate Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with learning management systems, preferably COMPASS Cornerstone.

  • Skills:

Excellent communication and project management skills. Strong stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced agile environment. Exceptional time management and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery. Ability to work effectively with diverse peers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative

work environment.

Ability to assess existing processes and recommend process improvement initiatives.

  • Certifications (Preferred):

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) ATD Instructional Design Certificate Certified Learning Strategist (CLS)
