We are looking for a Training & Development Specialist to join our team and take the lead in planning, coordinating, and evaluating training programs across the organization, with a particular focus on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Management

Coordinate training initiatives aligned with the company’s global strategy and in collaboration with local HR Business Partners and leadership teams.

Ensure regional needs are addressed while maintaining a consistent global approach.
2. Learning Facilitation
-
Design and deliver blended learning programs, leveraging the 70:20:10 model, including classroom training, virtual workshops, coaching, and on-the-job learning.

Support implementation of a wide range of technical, behavioral, and leadership development programs.

Contribute to the creation and facilitation of internal development programs.
3. Learning Systems and Coordination

Use Workday Learning (LMS) to plan, manage, and monitor training activities.

Support centralized learning coordination across business units.
4. Program Evaluation and Innovation
-
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.

Recommend and implement improvements based on feedback and industry best practices.

Stay current with new trends and methodologies in corporate learning.
5. Vendor Management
-
Analyze the training provider market in cooperation with procurement.

Coordinate selection, negotiation, and ongoing collaboration with external suppliers.

Ensure financial compliance and alignment with internal policies.
6. Program Development and Implementation

Design and manage leadership, reskilling, and upskilling programs.

Lead project-based learning initiatives and implement group-wide development programs.
7. Communication and Reporting
-
Develop internal communication materials related to learning programs.

Generate reports to support the visibility and impact of learning activities at the global level.
8. Budget Oversight

Manage the L&D budget for training events and learning activities.
9. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)

Act as a DE&I learning ambassador, working with local teams to design and deliver learning programs that foster inclusive leadership, cultural awareness, and equitable development opportunities.
10. Capability Development

Support the creation of strategies to close capability gaps, particularly in innovation and AI.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience in training coordination or a related field, with knowledge of learning methods and tools.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday Learning is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
