The Learning and Development Director will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the overall learning strategy for the call center. This role focuses on driving employee development, enhancing performance, and ensuring a highly skilled workforce through effective training programs. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a passion for talent development, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in designing impactful learning initiatives.
