The Opportunity:


We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator to join the People Programs Team at TrueML. In this role, you will support global training initiatives, compliance reporting, and learning program communications. This role will be responsible for managing our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring seamless training execution, tracking compliance and timelines, and leveraging feedback to optimize learning experiences for our team members.


The ideal candidate has prior experience with Go1 and Rippling Learning Management Suite and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a global workforce.

What You’ll Do:

  • LMS Administration & Training Execution. Oversee and maintain Go1 and Rippling LMS, including user setup, course assignments, and reporting. Ensure seamless integration of third-party content providers and internal learning materials. Troubleshoot LMS-related issues and coordinate with vendor support as needed. Assist in scheduling, enrollment, and logistics for training sessions, ensuring smooth implementation and accessibility. Support onboarding, compliance, leadership development, and role-based training programs. Maintain and update course libraries, learning paths, and training schedules to ensure relevance and compliance.
  • Compliance & Reporting. Generate compliance reports for audits and regulatory requirements. Monitor and report on completion and adherence to policies to ensure participation in required training initiatives. Partner with HR and Legal teams to ensure training programs meet industry and company standards.
  • Learning Experience & Employee Development Support. Support organizational culture initiatives by promoting training programs that enhance employee engagement and performance. Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and recommend learning opportunities to bridge performance gaps. Improve learner engagement through communication strategies, training campaigns, and UX enhancements in the LMS. Promote awareness of learning and development initiatives by managing internal communications (e.g., all hands, email, newsletters, Confluence pages, and announcements). Facilitate access to self-service learning tools, development toolkits, and internal training resources. Assist in designing courses, training materials, and structured learning paths to support employee growth.
  • Data & Learning Optimization. Gather and analyze training data and learner feedback to improve training programs and optimize engagement. Monitor learning trends and industry best practices to enhance development strategies. Provide administrative support for learning strategy planning and program development. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support continuous improvement of training initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Strong understanding of compliance reporting and global training requirements.
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms, reporting dashboards, and content curation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making for L&D programs.
  • Organized and possess project management skills with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, apply critical thinking, and adapt to strategy adjustments when needed.
  • Inquisitive and curious with a drive to get to the root cause of an issue.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with Go1, Rippling LMS, SCORM file creation, and/or instructional design.
  • Experience with engagement platforms like Leapsome, Cultureamp, or 15five.
  • Experience building Confluence pages for company-wide communications.
  • Experience working in a global or distributed workforce environment is a plus.
  • Experience with performing system configuration or database management.
