Your Team, Your Impact

We are seeking an experienced Technical Development Program Manager to be part of our Learning and Development organization. You will be responsible for design, deliver, and manage impactful development initiatives. This individual will partner with engineering teams, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable and innovative L&D solutions that align with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management, technical training and leadership development and is skilled at working in a fast-moving organization.

What You Can Expect

  • Develop scalable, innovative learning solutions and manage end-to-end training programs, including technical, soft skills, and leadership development, to meet the needs of a global workforce.
  • Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify skill development areas and prioritize program objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs that cater to different organizational levels and functional needs.
  • Own the full cycle of development programs, from planning and execution to communication and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand their unique requirements, workflows, and behaviors, tailoring programs accordingly.
  • Lead program communication strategies, setting the tone, voice, and key messages for consistent and effective engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to secure alignment and buy-in for initiatives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing L&D programs based on data insights and participant feedback.
  • Measure program effectiveness through data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Manage complex projects within a matrixed organization, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders to address development needs and align strategies with business goals.
  • Drive alignment on program goals, deliverables, and timelines through regular stakeholder communication and updates.
  • Research and implement best practices in L&D to deliver cutting-edge and impactful development programs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelors required, Masters desired in Organization Development/Behavior, Education or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-8 years’ as a L&D program management, with the proven ability to engage, educate, influence, and inspire diverse individuals and groups of stakeholders.
  • Experience working with engineering teams, understanding their mindset, ways of working, and communication preferences.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects, make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across diverse range of stakeholders and to work across boundaries 
  • The ability to deal effectively with the employees in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality. 
  • Program and project management experience.
  • Technically savvy with Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, Zoom. 
  • Experience working in a technology company would be an advantage
  • Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles will also be an advantage

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

105,020 - 157,300, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
