The opportunity

As a fast-paced, high-growth company, our training needs are continually evolving. The Learning & Development department works to intentionally inform, educate, develop, and inspire across the organization. As a department, we support a global team, providing the vehicles for continued learning, career development, and making contributions to our organizational goals.  

As the Learning & Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining training tools & records, as well as creating and planning engaging training content that supports the goals of the team and pushes TA team members to maximize their efforts. By diving in and understanding historical performance, business goals, and team motivators, you will seek opportunities to drive continuous improvement through creative solutions.

What you'll do

  • Maintain L&D platforms, managing user and training records
  • Design and develop training collateral utilizing a variety of learning methods such as video, audio, and written training 
  • Conduct training programs through live and on-demand formats
  • Coordinate training schedules and create a training framework for varying courses
  • Communicate scheduled training and progress to employees and managers
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify skill or knowledge gaps
  • Analyze learner data to identify trends
  • Measure training effectiveness and ROI and plan action according
  • Create visual dashboards and reports for stakeholders
  • Maintain and audit training collateral to ensure compliance and alignment with current expectations
  • Stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques


Who you are

  • 1+ years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, human resources, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in instructional design, including the end-to-end development of training programs from the ground up
  • Skilled in facilitating live trainings and interactive learning sessions, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of presentation and storytelling techniques
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables and consistent standards
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, interpret data, and communicate actionable insights
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Adaptable and agile professional, comfortable in fast-paced environments and responsive to evolving business needs

Salary Range
We seek to hire top-tier individuals and intend for our compensation to be at a rate that allows us to recruit and retain individuals who align with our core values, purpose, mission, and vision. Final total compensation is based on a multitude of factors including, but not limited to, skill level, relevant experience to the position, and cost of labor.

Annual pay range

$55,000$65,000 USD
