Freese and Nichols is seeking a Learning and Development Advisor in the DFW Metroplex. The Learning and Development Advisor is responsible for supporting and advising on the learning and professional development of the workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Design a technical training or instruction session and develop and maintain relevant high-quality training resources to ensure the achievement of specified learning outcomes.
  • Deliver short technical training or instruction sessions (or segments of a training course), providing information and guidance to learners to ensure that intended learning outcomes are achieved.
  • Support the identification of learning needs by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels.
  • Support process development workshops with subject matter experts, drive agreement on process flows across functional areas, and document processes and activity workflows to develop clear and detailed process maps.
  • Provide instruction and informal advice to less experienced colleagues within the team to develop their skills.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a corporate Learning & Development role
  • Skilled in structuring Learning Management Systems (LMS), with facilitation experience 
  • Experienced in onboarding program creation 
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
